Woman: We’re going South but the thing I’m reporting is a gas station and minimart. The public health officials really need to take a look at that bathroom there.
Operator: Okay, you might want to call them instead. Was there an emergency? Does anyone need an ambulance?
Woman: No, no no.
Operator: Does anyone need a fire truck?
Woman: No.
Operator: Okay, you just want to report a health hazard?
Woman: Yeah.
Operator: Okay, then you should call the Health Officials in your phone book or 411.
Woman: So I would have to pull off and find a phone booth…

Operator: Yeah, you can call 411 information and they should have the phone numbers for you.
