On February 4, 2002 CBC TV produced a "Big Picture" look at volunteerism in Canada. As part of this day-long feature entitled "The Kindness of Strangers", Randy Tyler was interviewed about the nationally recognized Virtual Volunteer program he developed at Macdonald Youth Services (MYS). Randy, in Winnipeg, was also joined in the Toronto studio by MYS Online Volunteer Tu Loan Vuong.
