"We should do a holiday parody," we said. "And we should do a song about Nintendo." But we finished writing it just a few days before December 25th, 2007, so we figured we'd missed our opportunity. "The Wii will be easy to find next year," we said. "This won't even be vaguely amusing by 2008." Oh, how wrong we were. When we finally released this parody of Paul McCartney's "Wonderful Christmastime" the following Thanksgiving, people were still gouging each other for Nintendo hardware on eBay. It's the most wonderful time of the year! Keyboards, sleigh bells, and drums by Jude Kelley; guitar, bass, and vocals by Dan Amrich.
