Operator 1: Yes, this is 911 Operator 109, I have a call on the cell phone he says 101 Hudson St people coming out of the building but he doesn’t know what’s going on.
Operator 2: Alright, hello sir?
Man: Yes sir.
Operator 2: …
Man: Now everybody, we saw two airplanes
Operator: Ok, the airplanes running, they're doing runs, test runs on the airplane. There's nothing to be alarmed at.
Man: Everybody is outside.

Operator: 911 Operator 110.
Man: Yes I live in Staten Island.
Operator: What address in Staten Island?
Man: 132 New Street.
Operator: New street?
Man: Yeah.
Operator: What happened at 132 New St?
Man: Well I'm sitting out front and this plane, it’s so low the second time it came around, I'm really expecting it to land in the water. I mean it’s that low…and here’s a fighter jet escorting it but the second time I have to tell you, it's pretty damn low. It's banking really steep, I don’t know what’s going on with this. I'm not one to make phone calls like this but I’m wondering if there’s something wrong with it…
Operator: It didn’t go down though?
Man: I don’t think so.
Operator: This is Staten Island 911 are you in Staten Island?
Man: Yeah.
Operator: Get in touch with New York City. Take the number for New York City get the police dispatch okay?

Operator: 911 Operator 1311 is there an emergency.
Woman: I’m in Jersey City, New Jersey and we want to know what’s going on because there's like planes looks like they're going inside buildings, everybody's outside going crazy.
Operator: There’s what?
Woman: It looks like planes are trying to go in the building. And everybody's outside going crazy.
Operator: What's trying to go in the building?
Woman: They said a plane or something trying to go into one of the buildings.
Operator: A plane?
Woman: Yeah but they don’t know if it’s a like a federal passenger in the air but we’re all outside by the Hudson and we don’t know what’s going on here. There’s no cops, nobody is telling us anything.
Operator: What did you boss say?
Woman: Well everybody ran out the building, everyone went their own separate ways.
Operator: Oh, what’s the address?
Woman: We're here on the Hudson, 1 Exchange Place
Operator: ...Place.
Woman: Everybody went outside and went their own separate ways.
